It was working fine yesterday, but today whenever I try to export a video in Premiere Pro it automatically freezes and the software is unresponsive. It doesn't even take me to the box to select my export settings. I've tried clearing my media cache and removing some effects, but it still doesn't work. The video exported just fine yesterday.

Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for writing in. I understand the application freezes whenever you try to export the project.

Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?

Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?

We'll look into this.

Regards,

Shivangi

Hi! I have the most up-to-date version of Premiere Pro CC 2021. I am using Windows 10 version 10.0.19042 with an 11th Gen Intel i7 processor and 32 GB RAM.

Thanks for the details, Kathryn.

Could you create a new test project and see if the issue persists in it? You can try resetting the preference of Premiere Pro. Here's how: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Nishu
