Freezing

In Premier every couple minutes all video playback freezes in a white screen. Everything else works except when I try to close the program (because I can't view any video) it has to be forced shut down. I have a new Lenovo IdeaCentre 3, Windows 10 with 16GB RAM and 2GB dedicated video memory so it seems like it should be running fine. Thanks.
