Generic Error when importing H265 footage

Hi guys

I am running Premiere 14.3.0 Build 38 on Windows 10 Version 2004.

When trying to import H265 footage from DJI MavicPro2 or Gopro7, I get a message "Generic Error during Import". 

I already installed the additional HEVC codec from the Microsoft Store. 

Any ideas? Thank you!
