Getting rid of car noise

Hey, I'm having trouble trying to get rid of some background car rumble noise. I tried denoise and also tried sound removal, but nothing seems to work.

the best results would require going to a sound studio with an expert handling this sort of thing.     There are 3rd party plug-ins that can do miraculous things but they require an experience hand on the controls.    And yes, Audition will do a better job than premiere and you may be able to improve it to your satisfaction...
