GH5 Premiere

Buongiorno, ho una GH5 giro un MOV 4K 10bit 24fps, quando provo ad esportare i file su Premiere i video vanno a scatti, come posso risolvere?

it may be an issue with the translation (you do mean import the files to premiere), but are the files exactly 24fps or 24p (23.976fps)?  If you step thru the clip in premiere in the source monitor frame by frame does the movement seem smooth.  Is this a playback issue or a problem with the import process.  Describe your workflow in detail.
