Ghost mute keyframes on audio track

My audio tracks are constanly muting/unmuting themselves when I'm editing.

I've opened up the keyframe rubber band for 'mute' and I can't see any in there, and after I've clicked around a few times and muted/unmuted manually the problem goes away for a while only to then happen again a few minutes later.
