Glitchy Colors - Purple Green and Blue on any video I import

I have a brand new dell Inspiron, iCore7, 8Ram, Intel Iris Xe Card. I'm new to using premiere pro. Any video that I import into premiere pro gives me a glitchy color screen - When I export the video the same thing happens, so is not only in the timeline. I do not know if the problem is the graphics card. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.
