GoPro with a Mac

Hello all, I'm new here and was wondering how I can utilize my gopro videos on a mac, mainly uploading gopro video to my mac and then editing.

You would need to upload the image file folders to a drive on your computer, then you use the Media Browser panel of Premiere to navigate to and select the files to import/ingest.

Then in Premiere's Project panel, you can select the files to put on a sequence in the timeline panel.
