GPU Acceleration not displaying correct frames or portion of clips

Hello,

I've now realized how many problems related to premiere have stemmed from GPU CUDA Acceleration, one of which being premiere displaying incorrect frames with both playback and scrubbing. In fact, it even shows the wrong portion of the entire clip, so all of my masking effects are out of place and make no sense. When I turn on Software Encoding, everything works fine but it's all at a snail-paced editing speed. I'm editing a music video and I have a lot of effects that require GPU Acceleration (along with a lot of speed ramping), so please please PLEASE Adobe (or Nvidia), make GPU Acceleration more reliable, it's a great tool and would be so beneficial to users IF it worked properly. Thanks!
