Grainy/pixelated when exporting

Please help. We shot a video on Canon 5D MIVs for the first time. The video looks sharp in my sequence, but when I export the footage, it looks very pixelated/grainy. Try turning off Hardware Encoding.

I just exported with Software Encoding instead of Hardware Encoding. Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue but thank you for your suggestion.

Increase bitrate to 40-60 Mbps, 10 Mbps is ok for 1080p, but not for UHD/4K
