Graphics Export Different Than Preview; Images Too Wide/ Off Center

Hello!

I'm creating an art demo reel in Premiere and I want two finished pieces to overlap their sketches.
When I align the images in the preview window, they look like this

When I export the finished project, They look like this:

As you can see the sketch image is unchanged, but the finished images become wider. I have no idea why.
I am exporting in H.264 format. I've tried using the "Match Source - High Bitrate," "High Quality 1080p HD," and "Youtube 1080p full HD" presets. All have the same effect.

Anyone know how I might be able to correct this?

I have corrected the problem.

I noticed that all the images that weren't streched had extra effects added, so I added an empty crop effect to one of the problem images and this solved the issue.
This is buggy af.

I unchecked this preference, restarted, and tried again with the same results. Is this what you meant?

It's worth noting that several other images in the project are wider when exported, and several others are not. This is just the most important example I'd like to fix.
