Green and black blocks in preview

Bought this new computer a month ago and I'm finally now trying to edit on it and its not going for me. Only have two software downloaded and they are Adobe Premier Pro and Davinci resolve. The preview window when i'm editing, i get these green and black blocks that pop ups and distort my video for a moment and then come back again. I've a few different thing and its still the same way. Help?
