Greetings all. I've just run into a problem with PP where it makes flickering green bars across my videos in both the project and preview (pic attached). I've tried clearing cache and resetting preferences, but it is still green.
System information
Intel R i7-7700K 4.2GHz
16 GB Ram, 64 bit, GeForce GTX 1070 & Intel R HD 630
Try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.
Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

Thank you for the tips. It was definitely the graphics driver update. I rolled it back but still encountered the problem, not sure how far I'd have to roll it back. Luckily I have an NVIDIA Geoforce graphics card as well. So I switched from the Intel to it and it worked just fine.
