green glitches - help

Each time I've tried to export my project, green flashes show up during playback. I'm using a macbook pro to edit (processor 2.6 GHz intel core i7 with graphics Radeon Pro 450 2 GB; Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB in case that info is usesful). Anyone know how to make these flashes of green go away?

what version of premiere are you using?

I don't think your system meets the requirements

but try going to your project settings: general and changing the renderer to software only.

Thank you for your help. I have Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB. Is that the issue?
