When I open PPro, this is the message that I get. In simple text, how do I fix this issue?
You got the rug pulled out from under you, in this case. Nvidia had already ceased all support from the GT 530 and all other Fermi-generation GPUs back in 2018. Driver version 391.35, which dated back to the end of March 2018, was the last driver version that was ever (and will ever be) released for Fermi. Premiere Pro now REQUIRES driver version 430.86 or higher just to even be compatible at all. Unfortunately, it is completely incompatible with any legacy or obsolete GPUs such as yours.
Sorry,

Sorry, but that GT 530 is now completely obsolete. Your only fix is to buy a brand-new graphics card with a newer, more up to date GPU.

I am not surprised
That what I have is outdated. This is an older computer. New mother board 2015.
But does it mean a new computer?
New graphics card?
Thanks so much for your insight.

Most likely a new graphics card.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
OR
It MAY be that the latest version of PPro does not work well with that old card, so you will need to revert back to the previous version of PPro

I still believe that you merely need a new graphics card rather than a whole new computer. If you go to Nvidia's Web site, and you try to find the latest driver for that GT 530, you will notice that it is the exact same driver version as the one Windows Update had been giving you.
