H.265 files Importing issues

Hi,

I have an issue with h.265 MOV files (H.264 running smooth).

When I'm using only with Intel GPU hardware accelerate encoding and I am disabling the Nvidia and Importing more then 28 files, the video can't playback and stuck.

If I'm Importing less video files the video is running smooth also in source monitor.

I'm disabling the nvidia becouse that if i'm using both nvidia and intel then the playback is laggy in forward and reverse at source monitor and in timline.

I'm using premiere pro Ver.14.7

I'm using the last GPU drivers 

Intel : 27.20.100.9077

Nvidia Gforce : 27.21.14.6079

I would be very happy if you could find me a solution to this troubling problem.

My Laptop Model :  Asus UX580GE

Core I9 8950HK

Gforce Nvidia - 1050TI

16Gb Ram

500GB SSD

Windows 10 20H2

One disk, only 16 gig of ram. Might want to consider proxies.

H.265 is highly compressed and difficult to edit.
