I am having to delete the media cache in order to open any project. If I don't the application freezes upon trying to load any media. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but it happened again. Any thoughts?

I am on a 2019 Mac Book Pro running Catalina 10.5.7 with Premiere version 14.9.0 (Build 52)
