I've been having major headaches exporting a 5.1 mix from Premiere.  I've searched around for answers to no avail, so I'm hoping someone can help me here.

Screen Shot 1 - My sequence is 5.1 and my six channels laid out as L, R, C, LFE, Ls, Rs

Screen Shot 2 - Exporting as a 5.1 WAV

Screen Shot 3 - This is what the exported WAV looks like when I examine in back in Premiere.  L, R and LFE are empty.  C, Ls and Rs look identical, but wrong.

Screen Shot 4 - This is what the exported WAV looks like when viewed as a sequence (just for curiosity's sake).

I can't figure out for the life of me what is going wrong.

I'm using Premiere Pro CC 12.1.2 (Build 69) on Mac Mojave 10.14.6.
