Whenever I try to add two of my videos into Premiere Pro it adds a green bar to the bottom of the video.

What can I do to fix this?

It looks like this,

When I open it up in the original file it looks fine, no green bar on the bottom.

I tried your advice but it didn't change anything. Is there anything else I can try?

I ended up just cropping it out because HandBrake will lose some of the quality of the video, but if I have the issue again then I might try that.
