Help loading tutorials

Hi,

I am starting premiere and was going to use adobes in-app tutorials, the first one opened fine but now when i open one its just the timeline workspace and monitors, the actual parts you read for the tutorial on the left has disappeared,

closed program 

rebooted

no change 

ideas?
