HELP My Photos in premiere have some empty color lights

Hey guys im editing a video that has some footage mixed with photos but all my photos have the same issue. Every single photo has huge amount of rectangules and colors like empty spaces it doesn't matter if I import the photos again it show ups anyway so, Anyone know why?? and how to fix this??

First guess is your GPU drivers are not up to date. What GPU are you using, and what driver for it?
