your source may have a variable frame rate which is problematic in premiereuse mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate

if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate

Try using Handbrake to convert your footage before importing into Premiere, it might be that the Zoom recording has variable frame rate and Premiere doesn't like those.

 

EDIT: just saw mgrenadier's reply, sorry for repeating what they said.

I tried using handbrake and converting it to a 30 frame rate but I tried to export again no luck!
