Video was filmed using Zoom. Below are my export settings and source range.
Your post was moved over from the "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum.I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
your source may have a variable frame rate which is problematic in premiereuse mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame ratehttps://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Downloadif it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame ratehttps://handbrake.frand here's a tutorial on how to use handbrakehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=34&v=xlvxgVREX-Y
Try using Handbrake to convert your footage before importing into Premiere, it might be that the Zoom recording has variable frame rate and Premiere doesn't like those.
EDIT: just saw mgrenadier's reply, sorry for repeating what they said.
I tried using handbrake and converting it to a 30 frame rate but I tried to export again no luck!
