Hotkeys not working in Productions

Hey,

We've recently been trying out Productions and found that remapped and common hotkeys used for navigating Production Projects (i.e. up, down, home, end) don't seem to work when projects are opened in productions. Additionally, drag and drop functionality doesn't seem to work in project windows, clips must be cut/copy and pasted to wherever we want to put them.

When project windows are selected, using hotkeys seems to have no effect, which means operators need to use the right click menu whenever they want to duplicate a sequence, create a bin or even scroll up or down through items in a list. Hotkeys still work in normal (non-production) projects and when a different window is selected (i.e. the timeline).

Tested on the latest versions of Premiere on both Windows and Mac.

Posted too soon. Realised this is a known issue with the latest update and is down to split workspaces over multiple monitors rather than something exclusive to Production Projects.
