How accurate are the previews when using Lumetri Color and which window should I be paying attent...

When doing color corrections there is the main preview windowand the very tiny screen in the Lumetri Window. Often the two look different. Which of the two offers the more realistic visual representation of the changes I'm making?

You never know what your video will look like on someone else's computer. With 3rd pary hardware you can monitor what it will look like for broadcast or digital cinema.
