How can I change settings to all sequences in a project?

Hi guys,

I want to use a Premiere Pro template and it is already set in 29.97fps. The project contains tens of seqences(all 29.97fps) in it and I need to use my 24fps footages for this project.

How can I change the settings to all sequences in a project at all once?

You can't. You have to change them one by one
