How can I programmatically add text transitions between clips.

I have a project with over 100 clips in it (as shown in the attached file).

I need to add a transition between each of the clips, but do not want to do it by hand.

The title of each of the clips matched the text that should be in the transition.

How can I automatically insert these transitions?

Can you post an example of what kind of transition you're talking about? What's a "text transition"?
