About a year ago, I downloaded my Premiere settings (with keyboard shortcuts, layouts, etc). I ended up with a folder called Profile-myname that I saved on a hard drive.
Now, I want to use those settings in Premiere. But I cannot figure out how to do so. My Creative Cloud settings are nothing at all (I never synced to the CC) so using the settings from my account serve me no purpose. What I want to do is somehow get the settings I downloaded that are living on my computer, into Premiere, so that I can then upload them to the CC and have them live there. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to do this. I have copied the Profile-myname folder into the version folder of Premiere (Adobe -> Premiere -> 14.0) but there does not seem to be a way to get these into the application itself. This is driving me NUTS!
If anyone can help I would be so grateful!!
