In premiere pro last version.
Windows 10.
 
I have this video of the galaxy on the background. https://prnt.sc/18qvzoa+
I want to use the hole in the paper as a mask to make a hole in the back video, like when in photosop you select pixels and erase the shapes of the layer you want.
help pls!

"Track Matte Key effect is probably the quickest way. Apply it to the video layer, and then in effects controls set 'matte' to the video track your PNG is on, and check 'reverse' "

Premiere is not Photoshop.

Select the Pentool for the mask in Opacity on the video and start drawing along the edges

It looks like they tore a hole in a piece of cardboard and scanned in the image as a PNG to be used as a track matte.
