How do I edit like what's shown in this video?

Overwatch League has a match replay viewer with various tools to get interesting shots and make cool clips, but no tools to enable the effects shown in this fancily edited video. You'll see that the HUD (Heads Up Display) is hidden, except for the kill feed which is still visible in the video. Now this is not a tool in the viewer itself, so the video producer has layered sections of different videos together. The same with the multiple different angle repeated Genji action stills (the guy with a sword). How do I do this kind of editing?
