How do I Export a QT Avid DNxHD 36 / 920 x 1080 ??

I need to export my film as a QT Avid DNxHD 36 for delivery to a sound studio.

Installed the Avid QT Codecs but they are not appearing in Premiere, restarted the computer still not there.

Any ideas?? Thanks
