How do I select a specific timeline and adjust some properties in one time?

I want to adjust the masking in a specific 10 second of video but I don't know how to select the specific timeline to adjust masking in that 10 seconds interval.

Right now, I have to adjust the masking second by second.

Not sure I really understand the question.

 

If you set a keyframe at say 20 seconds in, nothing will change before that. Make your next keyframe as needed for whatever motion, as many keyframes as takes.

 

And nothing will move after the last keyframe.
