How do you reset Source Insert or Overwrite preference?

If you happen to select the 'Always Use This Choice' box on the insert/overwrite dialogue - say if you needed a certain behavior for a certain process, but then you want to change it later, how would you do that? Admittedly, I don't do a lot of 3-point editing, and this is something I haven't found. Hoping it's right in front of me.
