How to boost thumbnail

Hi everyone!

Someone of you knows how to speed up  thumbnail preview in project bin?

Because when i have many shoot, it takes a lot to make thumbnail preview every time i open the project, and i hai to scroll down ti let all the preview be done...

I found the way... every time i stop working i hybernate the pc so the next time i don’t have ti load thumbanails again!

I remember there where another way to save ram content in a Usb pen but i can’t renember..

Yep! thanks! ok   But i have 32g ram 2 SSD (1tb) and

intel @4.0 ghz.

I mean if there is a way to avoid premiere loading each time  in ram the same preview. Sometimes ago i find sonething similar.. But i don’t remember how...
