How do i change the language of premiere pro cc the Br to US ?

To the best of my knowledge, the software's language is chosen upon installation, and can't thereafter be changed.  You'd have to uninstall the version you don't want and install the one you do.

Sorry I'm very late, but some people here got the "legend" title and say stuff that are totally false. And yes, I did my research, this following method existed in 2016.

Anyway, nobody talked about the fact that you can change the langage in 30 seconds with the Adobe console... simply by pressing command + f12, then typing con.help then hit enter, at the top left of the console click on the 3 bars, choose Debug Database View, and then there is a section called application langage, and all you have to do is write "en_US" if you want it in english and hit enter, then restart and boom, magic, you don't need to install all apps again......
