How to create a video where you show as if you are browsing the phone screen & selecting option

Hi Everyone

I saw many videos where in people create a 3d video as if they are sitting on their bed and browsing the laptop & the screen appears in front (jst like a projection) & they make selection..

Can anyone please let me know what do you call this effect & is there any tutorial for the same. I am so keen on learning this effect. Have attached video for reference on what Iam talking about...

Kindly help me with pointers. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

It's not just one effect.

It can be done with a combination of Motion Property keyframing, Basic 3d, masking or cropping,  and other effects.

Using After Effects might result in a more efficient workflow.
