How to create about 30 mins or 1 hour length crawling texts in premiere pro 2018?

To create  crawling texts with legacy title in premiere pro 2018  I copy and paste individual paragraphs on text bar but how can make long crawling texts like 30 mins or 1 hour length?  When I copied and pasted very long contents 2-3 layered crawling texts are shown not 1 layer. as normal. Can't I create very long crawling texts with 1 layer in premiere pro 2018?

You type in each line, hit enter however many times you want to space your lines, type the next line, hit enter ...

Or do the typing in a text editor, copy/paste onto the screen.
