How to create the below style as per video

Hi Guys

Need some help- i wanted to know how to create this split screen style on adobe premier or if its a standard template i can download somewhere.

in question - its starts from 45 seconds in . its a split screen style so on one side video is playing and then you have writing on the other side.

looking to create something very similar or like for like.

Hello to use split screen you must use Keyframes in effect control panel 

Use Scale&Position to set the image wherever you want.
and use track 2 to the another image split

They used the 3D perspective and rotated it slightly. It looks cheesy to me.
