how to do a "AJ+" or "Now This" Social Media type of video?

I'm looking for tutorial, template and if this need after effect or if this can all be done in Pr only?

To create simple text and graphics, use the Essential Graphics panel.
Check out this tutorial: Create title graphics |

To Animate Text:

Check the user guide: Adobe Premiere Pro Help | Adobe Premiere Pro User Guide

Scroll down to "Animation and Keyframes"

You can animate opacity, position, and scale to do each of those text effects you showed.

If you spend an hour or so learning to make a title and animate it instead of fiddling with a template, you can simply make

According to what I found, this is something to do with you tube

Strip out the http. It's a simple animated text piece.
Suggest the OP peruse some basic text animation tutorials: opacity, scale, and position.
