How to enlarge the import window from a canon camcorder dv

Buongiorno, i have 2 questions for my first project using premiere pro. 

I have to import a video from a dv camcorder canon. i wish to have a bigger import window because it's too small as the attached below.

how can i enlarge the window?
which are the parameters for the right sequence? PAL system? (second file attached?)
