How To Export A Video With Audio Time Units or Milliseconds Burned In?

I need to export a video with the audio units time display burned in. I specifically need the milliseconds displayed. Premiere allows you to view the millisecond time display in the program monitor overlay settings. But I don't see any options to export a video with those overlays burned onto the image?

I don't believe the "Timecode" effect in premiere has audio units / milliseconds as an option.

Please help! I've scoured the forums with no success.
