How to fetch effect name after renaming

Hello,
i try to get the effect name of my own premiere plugin. What i basically want to achieve is:

1. drag & drop effect on clip

2. effect appears in ECW "my awesome effect"
3. right click in ECW on effect -> rename
4. new name appears "my awesome effect (renamed name)"

no i want to fetch this title "renamed name". is this somehow possible with premiere or ae SDK?

There's no way for an effect to obtain that information.
