Hello.
I need to install Premiere Pro on a computer, and all the guides tell me to "find it in 'all apps', then click the 3 dots and..." stuff. But I can't do that, Premiere Pro has never been installed on this computer and the Windows version this computer is running is too old to support the most current Premiere Pro version. I can't update the computer to a newer version of windows because it's a school computer.
Is there a way I can download an older version of Premiere Pro WITHOUT already having a newer version installed?
Thanks.

No, sadly, due to 3rd party licensing issues and other concerns, the older versions are not available anywhere. Only the current version and one-back at any one time.
So currently, it's only the 2020 (14.x) and 2019 (13.x) that are available.

Hey Neil, do you know how to update from PP v14.0 to 14.4 if it's not supported in the CC downloader app? I'm running OS 10.13.6

If you have "show older versions" checked, so you can see the older versions available ... you can only choose from what's there.
And all I'm showing available now for 14.x is the last one, 14.9.

If 14.9 does not work for you, you can ask support for 14.5.
