How To Install an Update to an Older Version of Premiere

This is a lengthy backstory, but I wiped my drive, installed a clean version of Mac OS 10.13.6 on a MP 5,1 with a flashed Titan X card. When I downloaded the CC app to download all my apps, most of them were now incompatible with my system. I chatted with customer service who gave me the old versions of the apps, but they are all the base versions, like Premiere 14.0, and not 14.4. I tried to update going through the help menu, but that just kicked me back to the CC app that didn't even see Premiere as being installed. I tried installing an older version of CC but that didn't work. I can't update to a newer version of Mac without buying a new and more inferior graphics card, so I'm trying not to do that. Thoughts?
