How to make easier repetitive motion

I have a podcast where there's a microphone on the screen and a red light that wraps the mic. I made it slowly glow to give the screen a little visual movement as the podcast plays.

I put the mic on the timeline and then used opacity up and down to create it. The problem is for a 20-minute podcast I kept copying and pasting this timeline effect over and over so it continues for 20 minutes then dropped this timeline onto another timeline for the final version.

Is there a suggested way to make something like this repeat over and over without using code in Premiere or so I don't have to do it like this?

Thanks.
