How to make video smoother? (Making mid-frame)

Hello Everyone.

I started Premiere Pro just one week ago.

Is there any way to insert extra mid-frame?

Like.. 30fps to 60fps (But not same frame twice)

yes, this might help.  If I read your post correctly, you want to speed up your clip to half it's original speed.   select the clip in the timeline and go to clip:  speed/duration and change the speed to 50%.  and change the frame interpolation to optical flow.

Hard to predict how great it will work, but it can be amazing.  Sometimes adjusting the speed change by a percentage or 2 can make a difference.  Also render times can be lengthy..
