How to replace a patterned object's color with a single color?

I have a patterned moving suitcase in the video and I need to change its pattern to pink color (as its shown on the pics). I tried to use such effects as Change color and Change to color, but didnt work out for me since they are made for changing simple color to another simple color with no patterns.

What effects I have to use instead?
