How to save new preset in Loudness Radar?

The preset list of the Loudness Radar doesn't include an option for YouTube, which is with 14 LUFS much louder than broadcast standards. I can change the settings, but I can't find an option to save those settings as a preset. Each time I'm resetting the radar the settings are reset, too. How can I fix those settings?

Right click on effect in Effect Controls > Save as preset.
