How to Turn of Legacy Title Style Panel?

Hi, I never use this panel: Legacy Title Style. And it's annoying for me everytime I open a title it's appears again and again. I tried to Close Panel but it's appears again when I open a title. Can I turn it off, it, so it never appear again?

People have mentioned the old Legacy Titling system does not open up how you last left it. Many people say the Legacy Titler will be gone soon. I my opinion you are proof that it should stay. Many people still use the old Legacy Titling system.
