I can't export a video

Hello guys!

I am just learning and I am trying to export my second video. The first one went well, but for the second when I export it it export only a 0 second clip .. I am not sure why. I believe I am using the same setting as the first video.

couldo you please help?

Sorry for the issue. Please check if you are using "Sequence In & Out" option in Source Range in Export Window. 

Check the screenshot:

If yes, change it to "Entire Sequence" & Export.

thank you so much for your help!
I cannot believewhat happened. my mac shut down .. when I restarted it the project was not there anymore... is it possible!?!? I just want to cry.. I spent to days to edit it ...:( if there is a way to recover it please let me know ....

Please do not worry, we shall certainly try to recover the project.

1. What is the project file location? Have you tried to open the project file directly?

2. Check for the latest Auto-save file in the Auto-save folder & open it. You can know the location in Premiere Pro, File > Project Settings > Scratch Disks > Project Auto-save.

Please let us know the status.
