I CAN'T IMPORT MP4 FILES TO TIMELINE

Hello,

Can anyone help me? I can't import MP4 files to a timline. This just happened me since I updated Premiere to the 15.1 version

MP4 is a wrapper, what is inside YOUR wrapper - Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?
Report back with the codec details of your file, use the program below

- when you analyze your file in MediaInfo and post a screen shot in the forum, do so in TREE view
- post your information IN your message, not as an attachment that someone would have to download

Hi there,

This does not sound ideal. I understand you are importing MP4 file to Adobe Premiere Pro 15.1. 

In addition to the question asked by the expert above, I'd like to know if you get any error when the application fails to import?
